The primary responsibility of the Kaufman Shoes Sales Associate is to provide excellent customer service and to do what is necessary to retain our existing customers. The applicant must also mirror the store's image in dress, style, and personality. This person will be responsible for understanding extensive product knowledge. Other daily duties may include: Maintaining store cleanliness, merchandising products, receiving inventory, and running various cash register transactions. The applicant needs a strong customer service background, and possesses an easy-going sociability. Dependability, initiative, willingness, and flexibility are preferred traits for this position.
